This is the Worried Worrier. He is often anxious and tries to work through his anxiety but sometimes those worries just multiply!
The Worried Worrier helps kids learn that sometimes we feel anxious and worry. The goal however, is to teach kids to not let their worries overwhelm but that instead we must stop, take a deep breath and have a tiny chat with our anxious feelings so that they do not grow into a wall of worries.
